• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Paid Service & Billing

GetStreamGifter will operate as a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree:

• Fees may be charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain until the end of the current billing period.

4. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees and charges are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial, pro-rated, or full refunds for any reason, including unused time or accidental renewals.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Manipulate livestream engagement or gift events in abusive or fraudulent ways
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be impacted by downtime, maintenance, network issues, or TikTok platform changes.

7. TikTok Disclaimer

GetStreamGifter is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetStreamGifter and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
