Yes. While we’re in alpha, GetStreamGifter is free to use so we can gather feedback, fix bugs, and improve the overlay experience for creators.

Will I be charged automatically when paid plans launch?

No. When paid plans launch, you’ll be notified and asked to choose a plan. You won’t be charged automatically without your consent.

Why are there no refunds?

GetStreamGifter is a digital service that provides immediate access to overlay features. Because usage can’t be “returned,” all payments are non-refundable. You can, however, cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Who is GetStreamGifter for?

GetStreamGifter is built for TikTok Live creators and is intended for individuals 18 years and older who are legally able to enter into paid service agreements.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be billed again unless you restart your subscription.
