End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Black Hat Studios d/b/a GetStreamGifter and governs your use of the Service.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your own livestreaming and related purposes, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Black Hat Studios d/b/a GetStreamGifter or its licensors.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service to third parties
• Use the Service to build a competing product

Updates

We may update or modify the Service at any time, including adding, changing, or removing features.

Termination

We may terminate this license if you violate this EULA, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.
